Really like it

I really am loving the app. Only complaint is you cant save the meal kits to easily look them up later. Or, at least, I cant figure out how. Otherwise I highly recommend the app.

My Favorite App!!

I absolutely love this app!! I just got it and I had to come review it because I like it so much! I wish it was possible to save meal kits though!

Love it, but…

Because the recipes are scraped from other websites and not original there are some issues in some recipes. For instance, the app contains a recipe for "de-pudged" pigs in a blanket from Food.com. It lists three ingredients; mustard, crescent rolls, and fat. The recipe on Food.com is for fat free mini wieners in crescent rolls. Otherwise, great app.

Incredible idea poorly executed

I loved the idea as soon as Ive found the app, but unfortunately the recipes and ingredient combination are not good. You need to invest in more professional recipes and improve your result page with a good algorithm ranking and filters.

The app keeps crashing!

I downloaded this app twice and it keeps on crashing.

Encounter problem signing in

Ive tried both email and Facebook account, however the system is not working. Please fix this.

Inspirational!

A must have app for foodies!

Saving recipes

This app seems a good idea. However, I dont seem to be able to save the recipes for later. That...is... not...good!!

Love it!

My husband found this app and recommended I get it as well. Im so glad he did! It is beautifully done and very user friendly. I have so many new, delicious and healthy meal ideas. I prefer this app to Pinterest now for dishes!

not good

you pick your ingredients and they give you something completely different and they dont have a lot of things.

Will someone make a Recipe/Ingredient app that works please!

Unfortunately this is yet another app for recipes using the ingredients you have on hand that doesnt work. I put in all my ingredients (and I have a fairly well-stocked kitchen so it takes a while) and it still gives me recipes using things I dont have. Very frustrating. Maybe one day...

And another thing..

I only put in that I had sugar an chocolate chips as far as sweet stuff goes, and its only coming up with results for desserts, not any real food. I cant even make any of the desserts even if I wanted to. Very irritating.

Its ok

Thought that it would give me recipes for what I had in my fridge, but it just shows pictures

Great app, needs bugs fixed

I love the concept of this app, and would use it all the time, except it quits in the middle of use. Every time. At least on my iPhone 5. Also, when I re-open, it doesnt recall my previous search, so I have to start over each time and rush through it before the thing shuts down. Really great app that needs some bugs worked out.

Brilliant Idea but cant see any pics

This is app is nicely organized full of fresh yummy ideas but the only problem is none of the pictures are appearing. I can only see titles

My go-to-app for what to whip up

This is my go-to-app for finding inspiration for what to cook or bake based on ingredients that I have on hand. As others have described, it’s like Google for food but then extends into social to let people get great ideas from Instagram and other places. Fast, easy-on-the-eyes and it presents an endless array of options from all over the web.

Amazing idea!!

Great app for foodies and aspiring healthy eaters (esp to find recipe ideas straight from an insta-like feed). Wish you could filter feed via hashtag though to customize it into a vegan focused channel.

Love it

I absolutely love this app! Helps me create yummy different dishes with the ingredients I already have. Amazing

Great app but has some issues

I love this app but the daily feed is much of the time more like a weekly feed. They dont update daily these days. I also dont like the fact that I cant save recipe pages, so I have to scroll through a huge list every time I look for them. No search engine really either from what Ive found.

Good concept but needs work

Love the idea of creating recipes from what I already have on hand. Beautiful searchable menu and design with hundreds of ingredients. However, more than half of the posts I have found are just of photos from Instagram, not actual recipes. Why look at them on Handpick when I could just look at them on Instagram? Handpicks main competitors, Pinterest and Yummly, have many more full recipes that are easy to find using keywords. Next, the app has a glitch in it where all of the topics/albums I have created say that they are by "Stephanie Curti." This needs to be fixed. Lastly, there is no regular flow of recipes. The same recipes come up a month ago that do today. Good concept, but has a long way to go before it is useful and user-friendly enough to use on a normal basis.
